Somewhere Cozy Uploader is a private tool used only by the owner of the Somewhere Cozy YouTube channel to upload and schedule that channel's own videos. It is not offered to anyone else.
It uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and schedule when they go public, on the owner's channel only. It does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data about viewers or anyone else. The sign-in token it needs is kept on the owner's own computer.
The tool uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be removed at any time from your Google account's permissions page.
